The festival was created in 2014 in Turin, Italy, by the choreographer Raffaele Irace. An independent Frankfurt edition, was created in 2018 thanks to the Cultural Office - City of Frankfurt and the Gallus Theater, becoming a traditional annual event in Frankfurt's dance calendar.
